Manager, Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Operations based in United States.

This fully remote leadership role oversees operational activities to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient service delivery.
You will manage and develop a team while setting performance standards and aligning resources with evolving business needs.
The position combines people leadership, process improvement, project management, and strategic partnership across the organization.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and senior leaders, bringing customer perspectives to complex challenges and opportunities.
The role also offers the opportunity to lead meaningful changes across processes, procedures, systems, and communications.
Success requires a balance of operational discipline, analytical thinking, strong communication, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
  • Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and monitor departmental activities to ensure accurate, timely, efficient, and high-quality service.
  • Lead, train, coach, and evaluate team members, including hiring, work assignment, performance management, and professional development.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with business counterparts and provide stakeholders and key executives with customer-focused insights.
  • Facilitate timely responses to complex business challenges and opportunities by coordinating across teams and functions.
  • Recommend and implement procedural, operational, and systems improvements that enhance service quality for internal and external customers.
  • Lead divisional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring effective planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of objectives.
  • Facilitate changes to processes, procedures, and systems within the business unit while supporting adoption and operational continuity.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational and divisional mission, vision, values, and goals.
  • Prioritize, assign, and distribute work appropriately while ensuring responsibilities are aligned with team capabilities and business requirements.
  • Monitor quality and performance, identify improvement opportunities, and use operational insights to strengthen efficiency and service outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of management experience, including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing the performance of direct reports.
  • Knowledge of quality performance monitoring and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows and operational processes and implement effective changes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, business partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration and accountability across teams.
  • Strong adaptability and change-management skills, particularly in evolving operational and systems environments.
  • For remote work, demonstrated ability to remain highly engaged and effective in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support communication and team alignment.
Benefits:
  • Salary range of $73,500–$131,250, with actual compensation determined by experience, location, and other job-related factors.
  • Potential eligibility for bonuses and commissions as part of the overall compensation package.
