Job Description

Revenue Enablement Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager based in United States.

As Revenue Enablement Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to New Business, Account Management, and Customer Success teams, helping translate business priorities into measurable revenue impact. You will own enablement programs, content, systems, and performance frameworks across the revenue lifecycle. Working closely with Product Marketing and Customer Education, you will ensure customer-facing teams are prepared for launches, pricing changes, competitive shifts, and evolving market priorities. You will build practical playbooks, learning programs, and resources that improve how teams win, expand, and retain customers. Data and AI will play a central role in helping you measure adoption, identify opportunities, and make enablement more effective. This is a high-visibility role for an experienced enablement professional who can influence across teams, operate independently, and connect enablement activity directly to business outcomes.

Accountabilities
  • Build and maintain enablement systems, programs, and content that strengthen Sales and Customer Success motions, including deal-stage playbooks, talk tracks, sales-stage content mapping, and expansion or upsell resources.
  • Keep enablement materials aligned with evolving products, packaging, messaging, pricing, competitive dynamics, and business priorities.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Education to coordinate readiness for product launches, messaging updates, pricing changes, and competitive developments while maintaining consistent messaging across revenue-facing channels.
  • Design and deliver competitive positioning resources, battle cards, objection-handling frameworks, and learning experiences using both instructor-led and asynchronous formats and applying adult learning principles.
  • Own the Enablement AI Hub and broader enablement technology stack, using AI to analyze data, generate insights, develop resources, improve efficiency, and explore new applications within revenue workflows.
  • Establish a field-adherence framework that connects enablement programs and content to measurable revenue outcomes, including win rate, sales-cycle length, net revenue retention, expansion, time-to-value, and churn-risk escalations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that demonstrate program adoption, field adherence, business impact, and enablement ROI over time.
  • Lead a recurring enablement performance cadence with Sales and Marketing leadership, translating data into clear recommendations and ensuring agreed actions are tracked through completion.
  • Facilitate enablement sessions for large and small groups, as well as individual coaching, helping customer-facing teams apply new knowledge and tools effectively.
  • Collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders without formal authority, building alignment among Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and other teams.
  • Manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously, maintaining clear priorities, milestones, communication plans, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, or a closely related function within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience directly supporting New Business, Enterprise Sales, Account Management, and/or Customer Success teams and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Strong ability to understand the needs and expectations of Sales and Customer Success leadership and translate them into practical programs, guidance, and resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority and build alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and related teams.
  • Strong business and product acumen, with the ability to translate positioning, pricing, competitive dynamics, and product changes into actionable guidance for customer-facing teams.
  • Strong data fluency, including the ability to analyze pipeline and enablement data, build dashboards, measure program effectiveness, and communicate business impact to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience developing measurement frameworks that connect training adoption and field adherence to revenue outcomes rather than relying solely on participation or completion metrics.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation, and executive communication skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and actionable.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted enablement technologies, including conversation intelligence, AI-generated call summaries, and AI-powered content workflows.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce is preferred; experience with platforms such as Gong and Skilljar is an advantage.
  • Experience in education technology or the K–12 sector is a plus but not required.
  • A highly collaborative, organized, analytical, and proactive approach, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance for eligible employees and qualifying dependents.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match of up to 50% on the first 7% of employee contributions, with pre-tax and Roth options.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Sick and disability benefits.
  • 10 paid company holidays plus 2 floating holidays.
  • Winter office closure between Christmas and New Year's.
  • Generous parental leave.
  • Back-up childcare and eldercare support.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • Employee Resource Groups and opportunities to contribute to an inclusive culture.
  • Company and team offsites in cities across the United States.
  • Remote and in-person engagement opportunities, including social events, themed activities, and team competitions.
  • Wellness programs supporting employees' mental and physical well-being.
  • Collaborative work environment with opportunities to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven organization.
