This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist, Obtelecare based in the United States.
This role is at the forefront of business development for a growing telehealth services organization focused on expanding access to women’s healthcare.
You will generate and qualify new business opportunities by engaging hospitals, physician groups, FQHCs, and other healthcare organizations.
The position combines high-volume outbound prospecting with relationship building, consultative communication, and appointment setting.
You will identify market needs, communicate the value of virtual OB/GYN solutions, and create qualified opportunities for the Business Development team.
Success will depend on your ability to build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and consistently convert outreach into meaningful conversations.
You will work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to refine campaigns, messaging, and outreach strategies.

- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and digital outreach to hospitals, federally qualified health centers, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations to identify new business opportunities.
- Qualify prospects based on their needs, potential fit, and business opportunity, then effectively hand off qualified leads to the Director of Business Development.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets for initial meetings, qualified leads, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Refine messaging, communication cadence, and prospecting approaches to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ensure strong data integrity.
- Build awareness of telehealth solutions and maintain strong engagement with healthcare decision-makers.
- Develop a strong understanding of OB/GYN hospitalist services, telehealth delivery models, healthcare organizations, and industry dynamics.
- Build comprehensive knowledge of service offerings, value propositions, and competitive positioning to communicate effectively with prospects.
- Participate in sales enablement, training, and industry education to remain informed about healthcare trends and regulatory developments.
- Represent the organization professionally and enthusiastically in all interactions with prospective partners and stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Business Development to align prospecting activities with broader growth objectives.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Attend occasional corporate events or partner meetings as needed.
- Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, or a similar high-volume outbound prospecting environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms, with Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly and communicate effectively over the phone.
- Demonstrated ability to qualify prospects, overcome objections, and maintain persistence in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable for achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and prospecting activities simultaneously.
- Experience developing or executing email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and CRM reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Operations, and Business Development teams.
- Resilience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when handling high-volume outreach and challenging conversations.
- Experience in healthcare sales, telehealth, or hospital business development is preferred.
- Familiarity with OB/GYN service lines, healthcare delivery, or hospital contracting processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with frequent computer and phone use.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for corporate events or partner-site activities.
- Hourly compensation of $26.00–$31.25, plus eligibility for an incentive plan.
- Full-time, hourly, nonexempt employment.
