You will lead and develop a high-performing team while establishing the metrics, operating rhythms, and accountability needed for sustained results.
This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic healthcare environment while expanding the reach and effectiveness of Individual Dental offerings.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute distribution strategies that accelerate new business growth, improve retention, and support profitable expansion across Individual Dental markets.

  • Establish growth plans aligned with organizational priorities, market trends, customer needs, and emerging distribution opportunities.
  • Lead sales performance management across distribution channels, including forecasting, pipeline oversight, production analysis, retention reporting, and partner productivity.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, operating cadences, accountability mechanisms, and business reviews to drive consistent execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, general agencies, strategic partners, and digital distribution organizations, serving as a senior advisor and business leader.
  • Oversee direct-to-consumer sales and retention operations, including outsourced call center partnerships, with accountability for conversion, retention, quality, service levels, staffing readiness, and overall performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, broker experience, sales efficiency, and conversion.
  • Develop sales enablement programs that equip brokers, distribution partners, and sales teams with the training, tools, resources, and processes required to succeed.
  • Improve sales processes, reporting capabilities, commissions administration, support functions, and sales technology to enable scalable growth and operational excellence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales and operations professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and strong organizational performance.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and other functions to prioritize growth initiatives and remove execution barriers.
  • Influence strategic decisions and roadmap priorities related to distribution effectiveness, partner experience, digital capabilities, customer acquisition, and sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, distribution, broker management, strategic partnerships, health insurance, or a related industry.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success driving growth through broker, agency, strategic partner, digital, or direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Deep knowledge of distribution models, sales operations, call center performance, partner management, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Experience leading multiple functions within a sales or distribution organization, including sales enablement, reporting, process improvement, vendor management, and operational performance.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams, coach leaders, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical, financial, forecasting, business-planning, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn strategic priorities into measurable execution plans and business outcomes.
