Senior Enablement Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Enablement Specialist based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape learning strategies that empower customer-facing teams in a rapidly growing technology environment.
You will design and deliver impactful enablement programs that accelerate onboarding, improve productivity, and support long-term team success.
Working closely with sales and customer-focused leaders, you will transform business needs into engaging learning experiences.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Enablement Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and improving enablement programs that help customer-facing teams build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed. This role requires strong collaboration with business leaders, instructional design expertise, and the ability to create scalable learning experiences in a fast-paced environment.

  • Partner with frontline managers and leadership teams to enhance customer success and implementation enablement programs.
  • Design and deliver scalable enablement programs that support onboarding, ongoing learning, and professional development for remote audiences.
  • Create engaging training content across multiple formats, including eLearning modules, virtual workshops, and AI-supported learning activities.
  • Build structured learning journeys that guide employees through skill development and performance improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs using learner feedback, performance data, and evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement initiatives with product updates, operational changes, and organizational priorities.
  • Champion company values and learning principles by embedding a culture of growth, collaboration, inclusion, and customer focus.
  • Support change management initiatives by helping teams adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Manage learning platforms, content systems, and enablement resources to ensure materials remain accessible and effective.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of enablement strategies as the organization scales globally.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced enablement professional with a strong background in training development, facilitation, and learning strategy. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, adaptability, and the ability to operate independently while partnering effectively with multiple stakeholders.

  • 3–5 years of experience developing, coordinating, and facilitating training programs for groups of 20 or more learners in virtual and/or in-person environments.
  • Demonstrated experience designing educational curricula and structured learning experiences.
  • Strong understanding of modern learning theories, instructional methodologies, and enablement best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex or technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience creating engaging digital learning content and facilitating interactive workshops.
  • Ability to analyze feedback and performance insights to continuously improve learning programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), content management systems (CMS), or similar platforms preferred.
  • Background in customer success, professional services, account management, operations, or program management is a plus.
  • Experience supporting global teams or multilingual audiences is an advantage.
  • Growth mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for experimenting with new learning technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
