The Software Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for leading engineering teams, supporting technical delivery, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a software engineering team, supporting individual growth and career progression.
• Drive the delivery of critical products, features, and technical solutions that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering experience combined with proven leadership capabilities. Required qualifications include:

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams and mentoring developers.
• Strong PHP development expertise with experience building production applications.
• Experience with Symfony or similar modern frameworks.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and scalable software design.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design principles and software architecture best practices.
