Our dynamic team is growing and we are searching for the right individual to join our Spence Studio Team in Vancouver, BC, as an Entry Level Wax Setter.

In this role, you will be setting small diamonds under magnification into wax ring molds. This requires a steady hand and good eyes! The successful candidate will be able to balance high quality setting with productivity.

Qualifications:

• Entry level position
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in jewelry industry is an asset but not necessary
• Experience with tasks requiring a high amount of manual dexterity (ie. Model making)
• Highly organized, detail oriented and efficient with time
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
• Team oriented
• Eligible to work in Canada full-time

Responsibilities:

• Set small stones in wax ring mold
• Assist in primary production area
• Inspect job orders before and after processing to ensure quality standards are achieved
• Maintain a safe work environment and report any safety issues to the Studio Manager
• Other duties as instructed by the Studio Manager

Work schedule:

This is a full-time role with a regular working schedule of 40 hours a week.

Compensation:

• $21.00 per hour
