This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Team Lead Analyst - Client Virtualization based in India.

Accountabilities:

The Team Lead Analyst - Client Virtualization will oversee the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of global virtualization services while leading technical teams and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop the global Client Virtualization team, including employees and contract resources, by setting priorities, managing workloads, coaching team members, and supporting professional growth.
  • Drive operational execution for Client Virtualization services, ensuring service quality, reliability, security, compliance, and alignment with business and IT priorities.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction for virtual application, desktop, and cloud PC platforms.
  • Manage service improvements, operational risks, escalations, milestones, and critical initiatives to enhance platform performance.
  • Partner with IT leadership, vendors, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
  • Translate technical issues into clear business impacts and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Improve service reliability and efficiency through incident management, problem management, change management, vulnerability remediation, and process optimization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service governance metrics, licensing requirements, and operational health.
  • Support automation, documentation, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives across end-user computing services.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in virtualization, cloud technologies, infrastructure operations, and technical leadership within enterprise environments. Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant IT experience, including virtualization, infrastructure, cloud services, service management, or technical leadership.
  • 6+ years of experience supporting Client Virtualization or Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) platforms such as Citrix, Windows 365, VMware Horizon, or Amazon WorkSpaces.
  • 4–5+ years of experience leading technical teams and coordinating global operations with stakeholders, vendors, and support teams.
  • Strong knowledge of end-user computing, virtualization, cloud platforms, identity management, security, automation, and IT service management practices.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as Citrix, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Microsoft 365, Windows platforms, Azure/AWS, hybrid cloud environments, networking, storage, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, Group Policy, and access governance.
  • Experience with security remediation, vulnerability management, patching, compliance processes, scripting, ITSM workflows, service reporting, and KPI monitoring.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing relationships across multiple regions.
  • Strong English communication, leadership, analytical, documentation, planning, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, solve complex problems, and drive results in a global technology environment.
