Job Description
RahrBSG is looking for a Pricing and Sales Administrator in Shakopee, Minnesota. The Pricing and Sales Administrator supports the Sales organization by ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient execution of pricing, sales administration, and commercial processes that support business growth and profitability. This role maintains pricing, cost, and contract data within ERP and CRM systems, develops customer-facing price sheets, responds to pricing inquiries, and supports accurate quoting and sales execution. Serving as a key resource for Sales and Customer Service, the position provides pricing guidance, administrative support, and timely resolution of pricing-related requests. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in support of commercial initiatives.

KPIs:
- Data Accuracy: Maintain pricing, discount, rebate, and contract data with a high degree of accuracy, as measured by routine audits and minimal pricing-related corrections or rework.
- Response Time: Respond to routine pricing and sales administration requests within established service-level expectations to support timely quote preparation, customer communication, and sales execution.
- System Accuracy: Complete assigned pricing updates, customer price sheets, contract changes, and supporting documentation accurately and on time to ensure information remains current across ERP, CRM, and shared records.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pricing Administration
- Process US and Canadian daily pricing activities, including responding to internal pricing requests, maintaining pricing data in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, and updating costs and pricing within Salesforce CRM.
- Enter and update approved customer pricing, discounts, rebates, and contract pricing information.
- Create and maintain customer-facing pricing materials, including distribution center price lists, custom price sheets, and spot hop price sheets.
- Assist with pricing updates resulting from approved pricing initiatives and market pricing adjustments.
- Review dormant and inactive accounts to ensure appropriate pricing structures are maintained, including the removal or adjustment of discounts that are no longer applicable.
- Validate CRM Sales Agreements against Microsoft Trade Agreement Journals and Sales Contracts to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across business systems.
Sales Administration Support
- Provide administrative support to the Sales organization related to pricing, customer records, and commercial documentation.
- Support customer account setup and maintenance activities.
- Monitor shared pricing and sales support inboxes and ensure timely response to internal requests.
- Maintain organized electronic records of sales agreements, customer documents, and commercial files.
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and customer communications materials.
Contract and Agreement Administration
- Maintain customer contract records and supporting documentation within company systems.
- Maintain and manage hop pricing and hop contract records within ERP, including creating new contracts, updating existing agreements, processing closures, and ensuring accurate contract data.
- Support hop contract administration, including preparing contract adjustment documents, coordinating signatures, managing rebalances and storage date changes, and assisting with contract termination activities and customer outreach.
- Support contract administration activities and customer follow-up as assigned.
Data Integrity and Reporting
- Perform routine data audits and identify inaccuracies for correction.
- Generate standard pricing, sales support, and operational reports.
- Assist with data gathering and report preparation for pricing reviews and business analysis.
- Compile competitor pricing information and market data for review by the Senior Pricing Specialist.
- Support system enhancements by testing new features, validating functionality, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues prior to implementation.
Customer and Internal Support
- Service as a primary contact for routine pricing and sales administration questions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and other departments to support pricing accuracy and process improvements.
- Escalate complex pricing issues, exceptions, and customer concerns to the Senior Pricing Specialist.
- Provide support for emerging business needs, strategic initiatives, and special projects as assigned by the Senior Pricing Specialist, Revenue Manager, or Director of Sales Analysis and Strategy.
- Represent RahrBSG and its subsidiaries professionally while adhering to company policies, procedures, and values.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & WORK REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrator role.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Beverage, food ingredient, manufacturing, distribution, or related industry experience preferred.
