Fairmont Family Dental is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Dental Assistant to become an integral part of our clinical team. We are a modern, technology-driven practice committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and collaborative environment.

Schedule- Tuesday–Friday
- 1–2 Saturdays per month
- Approximately 32 hours per week
- Eligible for full-time benefits
- Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of restorative and comprehensive dental procedures
- Prepare, organize, and break down treatment rooms efficiently
- Take high-quality digital radiographs and dental impressions
- Assist with clear aligner treatment and dental implant procedures
- Utilize Open Dental to document patient care accurately
- Educate and support patients throughout their treatment experience
- Maintain infection control standards and ensure a smooth clinical workflow
- Anticipate the doctor's needs while delivering exceptional patient care
- Minimum of two years of chairside dental assisting experience
- Experience with Open Dental is preferred
- Experience with an iTero scanner is highly preferred
- Familiarity with clear aligner cases and implant procedures
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- A dependable team player who brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic each day

Requirements:Education and Training
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
- Valid X-ray certificate.
- Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
- CPR & first aid certificate.
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
