  • Make informed decisions regarding technical trade-offs, priorities, capacity, risks, and delivery commitments, including challenging unrealistic deadlines when necessary.
  • Lead structured retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing rework, production bugs, and operational inefficiencies.
  • Support the development of junior and mid-level engineers through structured mentoring and career development, helping build stronger technical capabilities within the team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience using structured development methodologies.
  • At least 3 years of proven technical leadership experience as a Tech Lead, Tech Manager, Engineering Lead, or in a comparable position.

  • Strong knowledge of PHP 7+ and SQL, with experience working with relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
  • Solid experience with Git-based version control platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
  • Practical knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, system integrations, and data synchronization.
  • Experience with ERP platforms, legacy systems, financial solutions, billing systems, electronic invoicing, or comparable business-critical environments is highly valued.
  • Understanding of Brazilian tax regulations, NFS-e processes, fiscal compliance, revenue flows, and financial auditing is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is desirable.
