The Graphic Design Consultant will develop creative concepts and visual materials supporting corporate initiatives, marketing programs, events, presentations, and business development activities.
This role combines graphic design, web design, multimedia production, and visual communication across both digital and print channels.
You will collaborate with senior sales and marketing stakeholders to translate ideas and brand objectives into compelling creative work.
The position offers broad ownership across presentations, proposals, websites, promotional collateral, conferences, and interactive content.
You will also contribute to design standards and processes while helping other designers adopt new techniques, tools, and creative approaches.
Success will require strong visual judgment, technical design expertise, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
This is a remote U.S. opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on design and production.

Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with senior sales and marketing leadership to develop creative concepts for corporate initiatives, campaigns, and brand development.
  • Research emerging design techniques, creative mediums, and production approaches, and share new processes and best practices with other designers.
  • Coordinate with event planners and external vendors on the development and production of materials for conferences, trade shows, and other corporate events.
  • Design and maintain prospect-facing websites, including graphic development, regular content and visual updates, usability reviews, and traffic reporting.
  • Create technical and conceptual graphics, charts, diagrams, and flowcharts for presentations, proposals, and other business materials using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and related tools.
  • Develop traditional, video, and interactive multimedia presentations that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Design and produce print and digital promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, email assets, corporate presentations, product presentations, and related collateral.
  • Manage and coordinate print production activities, including blue lines, color proofs, press checks, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain and oversee the organization's slide and content library, ensuring materials remain organized and accessible.
  • Communicate project progress, timelines, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders throughout the creative process.
  • Support organizational quality programs and contribute to consistent standards across design deliverables.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of graphic and web design experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of graphic design and photo-editing software, with strong practical experience creating professional visual assets.
  • Strong working knowledge of web technologies and the ability to design effectively for digital environments.
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and related creative tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present creative concepts and design work clearly.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general PC applications.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, designers, event planners, and external vendors.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving, judgment, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to remain effective under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required.
Benefits
  • Salary range of $60,000–$70,000 USD, with actual compensation influenced by skills, experience, and location.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
  • Paid time off (PTO).
  • Disability and life insurance.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.
  • Additional voluntary benefits.
  • Remote work opportunity within the United States.
