This is an opportunity to drive the growth of financial and school management solutions within the Brazilian education market.
You’ll own complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closing, with a strong focus on large accounts.
The role involves building trusted relationships with school owners, directors, decision-makers, and C-level executives.
You’ll uncover business challenges and translate them into tailored solutions that create meaningful value for schools.
With a national scope, you’ll engage with customers across different regions and travel frequently to strengthen relationships and close opportunities.
You’ll also contribute market insights, identify new opportunities, and help shape the continuous evolution of the solutions you represent.
This is a collaborative, fast-moving environment for a commercially driven professional who enjoys ownership, learning, and complex negotiations.
- Own the end-to-end sales funnel, from opportunity development and qualification through negotiation and closing, with a focus on conversion and large accounts.
- Develop deep knowledge of the education sector, business operations, and the financial and management challenges faced by schools.
- Build and strengthen relationships with directors, school owners, maintainers, and C-level decision-makers by understanding their priorities, challenges, and motivations.
- Lead complex negotiations involving significant financial decisions and tailor commercial proposals to each customer's needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records throughout every stage of the sales funnel.
- Develop creative engagement initiatives that strengthen the customer journey and increase commercial opportunities.
- Identify market trends and new business opportunities, bringing insights that can contribute to the continuous improvement of products and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs, market feedback, and commercial opportunities are effectively translated into action.
- Travel frequently across Brazil to meet customers and support commercial activities in different regions.
- Solid experience in complex, consultative B2B sales with long sales cycles, preferably involving SaaS, ERP, financial solutions, or other high-value products and services.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel management, pipeline development, negotiation, and closing.
- Availability for frequent nationwide travel, with flexibility to serve customers across different regions of Brazil.
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including directors, business owners, and C-level executives.
- Excellent communication skills, combining direct and persuasive communication with active listening and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to receive and apply candid feedback as an opportunity for professional growth.
- Proactive, organized, responsible, and able to operate with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Adaptability and comfort working in environments where priorities, processes, and business needs can change quickly.

- Experience in the financial market or with financial products is considered a strong advantage.
- A valid and permanent Brazilian Category B driver's license and comfort driving long distances are required for the travel-intensive nature of the role.
