Position Summary
Fairfield Inn & Suites Davenport is seeking a reliable, friendly, and energetic Breakfast Attendant/Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining our complimentary breakfast service, ensuring guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and high-quality dining experience each morning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to hotel standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast buffet.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, kitchen, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service to hotel guests.
• Follow all food safety and health regulations.
• Assist with kitchen and dining area cleaning after breakfast service.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Food Handler Certification preferred (or ability to obtain one).
