Le'Fant is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support a federal mission focused on healthcare, benefits, and support programs for service members. The Senior Data Analyst will provide systems and business analytics, data analysis, and reporting support.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform systems and business analytics to support program requirements and decision-making.
  • Identify data frameworks needed to support assigned tasks and program requirements.
  • Analyze data and develop reports, spreadsheets, and other analytical products.
  • Support the integration of system-level data requirements and architectures into enterprise-level architectures in accordance with applicable DoD regulations.
  • Supervise or oversee personnel and coordinate assigned activities.
Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • All work must be performed within the United States.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a DoD background security investigation.

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
  • Relevant data analytics certification, such as Google Data Analytics Professional, Microsoft, Tableau, AWS, or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).

Minimum Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with systems and/or business analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience supervising or overseeing personnel.
  • 3+ years of experience identifying data frameworks essential to executing relevant tasks.
  • Experience integrating system-level data requirements and architectures into enterprise-level architectures that meet DoD regulations preferred.

This role is contingent upon contract award. We are connecting with qualified candidates now to support potential program startup if the contract is awarded. Position duties, work location, schedule, and compensation may be adjusted to align with final contract requirements and labor category determinations at the time of award.

Pay Transparency

There are many factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. Annual salary is just one component of Le'fant's total compensation package. Le'fant provides a variety of benefits to employees, including but not limited to, health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401k plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. This commitment applies across temporary, part-time, full-time, and salaried positions, complying with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds. A reasonable estimate of the current annual salary range is $85,000.00 to $125,000.00
