Old Edwards Reserve at Lake Keowee is seeking an energetic, hospitality-focused Market Manager to lead our Market operations. This leadership role is perfect for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, creating memorable member experiences, and driving operational excellence in a luxury private club setting.
Responsibilities:- Lead the daily operations of the Market, ensuring exceptional service and quality.
- Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Create staff schedules, approve timecards, and manage labor efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding member experiences and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards are met.
- Support club events, special functions, and seasonal programming.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Market environment.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on hospitality and continuous improvement.
Requirements: RequirementsCompenticies:
- 3–5 years of hospitality, restaurant, resort, or private club management experience.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, payroll, and budgeting.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Paycom, and POS systems.
- ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Full-time, exempt position
- Flexible schedule required
- Evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business demands
