Job Description
Objective:
The Senior Controls Engineer provides high-level technical expertise, lead engineering efforts on complex projects, and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality, safety, and client requirements are met.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Project).
- Exhibits an expert-level work ethic and strong reliability.
- Advanced expertise in hardware panel design.
- Advanced expertise in PLC programming.
- Solid proficiency in general HMI programming.
- Working knowledge of VFDs, servo systems, and drive controllers.
- Advanced expertise in PPE requirements and overall safety awareness.

- Demonstrates strong individual resourcefulness.
- Effectively keeps internal teams aligned with project schedules.
- Successfully maintains field team adherence to project timelines.
- Manages customer interactions in both stressful situations and normal business settings.

- Coordinates communication with internal departments to complete work (I.E. Shop, CAD, Engraving).
Current Hours and Starting Time
- Full Time,40 hours per week.
- Overtime may be needed.
- Currently Hybrid Work Environment- which includes some time in automotive plants.

Legacy PLC5 (Any Experience in this field is a bonus)

Physical and Travel Requirements:
- This position requires travel to job sites as needed.
- The individual must be physical capable of:
- Climbing a two-story ladder
- Walking one mile within 20 minutes
- Carrying a laptop while moving across job sites
- Lifting up to 30lbs. without difficulty.
