This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Warehousing Co-ordinator – Billing and Logistics based in India.
This role supports the smooth and accurate operation of warehouse, inventory, billing, and logistics activities in a fast-paced environment.
You will help coordinate daily shipments, receiving, inventory movements, documentation, and system updates.
The position plays an important role in maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring timely fulfillment of internal and customer requirements.
You will work closely with logistics, sales, production, vendors, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues.
The role also involves monitoring warehouse costs, preparing operational reports, and supporting continuous process improvements.
You will use systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office to maintain reliable data and support informed decision-making.
This is a hands-on opportunity for an organized logistics professional who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Coordinate daily warehouse and shipping activities, including order fulfillment, incoming materials, internal shipments, packaging, receiving, and routing items to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure shipments, inventory transactions, work orders, and supporting documentation are accurate and completed on time.
- Process the receipt and transfer of supplies and equipment through SAP while maintaining accurate system records.
- Conduct monthly physical inventory counts, maintain inventory data, and support cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigation of discrepancies.
- Prepare regular operational reports and statistics, including inbound/outbound status and dead-stock reporting.
- Support warehouse financial management by providing budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and contributing to corrective actions.
- Apply cost-reduction principles across warehouse transactions and logistics activities while maintaining operational quality.
- Work collaboratively with sales teams, third-party providers, internal departments, and logistics leadership to resolve warehouse-related issues.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness when handling sensitive or time-critical operational situations.
- Participate in job rotations and reasonable business travel when required by business needs and management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in accounting, logistics, business administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of professional experience, including approximately 2 years of relevant logistics experience.
- Previous warehouse management experience, particularly with IT products or technology-related inventory, is preferred.
- Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping processes, and relevant laws and operational practices.
- Experience using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems for inventory and logistics transactions.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong ability to maintain and analyze operational data.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills, along with effective communication in the local language.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, particularly when coordinating with third parties, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, remain effective under pressure, and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Proactive, practical, and creative mindset with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
