The role focuses on providing expert-level guidance across Oracle databases, identity platforms, middleware, analytics, and enterprise infrastructure.
You will tackle highly complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions within a sophisticated government technology environment.
Working with executive-level project teams, you will provide technical direction, evaluate alternatives, and influence long-term technology decisions.
The position combines hands-on administration, implementation, troubleshooting, systems integration, and technical analysis.
You will also contribute to high-quality technical documentation and deliverables supporting federal stakeholders.
This role is well suited to an independent, technically strong professional who thrives on solving complex problems and working toward long-term objectives.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide expert technical support, analysis, research, and problem resolution for complex infrastructure, application, database, and identity-management challenges.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert on executive-level project teams, providing technical direction, interpretation, recommendations, and alternative solutions.
  • Administer, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle Database, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) environments.
  • Support and sustain DoD or federal Oracle identity platforms and associated enterprise technologies.
  • Apply advanced technical principles, theories, concepts, and methodologies to unusually complex technology problems.
  • Develop innovative technical approaches, advanced technology ideas, and solutions that can be translated into effective final products or capabilities.
  • Contribute to architecture, implementation, systems integration, software development methodologies, security engineering, and other relevant IT service areas.
  • Independently determine appropriate courses of action to achieve technical and program objectives while working toward established long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with technical and program stakeholders to evaluate requirements, resolve challenges, and support successful implementation and sustainment.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and timely technical documentation, reports, and other deliverables for government stakeholders.
  • Apply strong written and verbal communication skills when explaining complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, timeliness, and professionalism across all assigned technical deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure, applications, databases, identity management, or related technical domains.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting DoD or federal Oracle Identity products in an OIM, OAM, and SOA-based environment, version 12c or higher.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle enterprise technologies, with hands-on experience administering, implementing, sustaining, and troubleshooting complex platforms.
  • Must possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) clearance prior to onboarding, with a Secret clearance required upon hire.
  • Strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze exceptionally complex technical problems and develop innovative, practical, and effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and determine appropriate courses of action with limited day-to-day supervision.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to executive-level stakeholders and broader project teams.
  • Experience working in federal or Department of Defense environments is essential.
  • Experience supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is highly desirable.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Multiple healthcare coverage options, including low-deductible and high-deductible plans.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)-eligible healthcare options.
  • Dental and vision insurance.
  • Accident and illness coverage.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with an industry-leading 6% employer match.
  • Potential profit-sharing opportunities based on organizational performance.
  • 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), subject to applicable eligibility and vesting requirements.
  • Employee-focused culture emphasizing professional growth, quality, and meaningful contributions to government missions.
