Custodian - Female Only in Fargo, North Dakota at Family Wellness LLC

Position Purpose:

This position is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of Family Wellness properties.

Job Specific Competencies:

· Perform basic cleaning duties such as vacuuming, removal of waste materials, wiping down of glass and mirrors, replacing paper and soap products.

· Clean and disinfect the restrooms, lockers, and shower rooms.

· Collect and/or remove soiled towels from the locker rooms and other parts of the facility and restock towels in locker rooms and fitness areas.

· Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

· Perform floor care duties such as dry and wet mopping, stripping and waxing of floors, and carpet shampooing.

· Prepare rooms for meetings and clean up following meetings.

· Remove snow from entry ways.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education, Experience, & Skills (Minimum Requirement):

A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
