PO - Product Owner Snior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PO - Product Owner Sênior based in Brazil.

This is a senior product leadership opportunity within a digital transformation and engineering environment, supporting the evolution of products from strategy through delivery. You will work closely with multidisciplinary squads to translate business objectives, customer needs, and market insights into valuable product outcomes. The role combines product vision, roadmap ownership, backlog management, discovery, experimentation, and stakeholder alignment. You will help shape solutions for financial products while balancing customer value, business priorities, and delivery capacity. Success requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, communication, and the ability to influence teams without relying on formal authority. You’ll join a collaborative environment focused on technology, innovation, continuous improvement, and meaningful digital experiences.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop, communicate, and continuously reinforce the product vision, objectives, strategy, and value proposition.
  • Own and maintain a transparent, prioritized, visible, and actionable Product Backlog.
  • Prioritize and manage epics, features, and user stories according to business objectives, customer needs, and delivery capacity.
  • Structure functional and non-functional requirements clearly and ensure they are understood by the delivery team and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other Product Owners, Product Managers, stakeholders, and partner teams to align decisions, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
  • Lead product strategy throughout the full lifecycle, including roadmap definition, release planning, prioritization, and continuous evolution.
  • Support multidisciplinary squads by promoting focus, engagement, collaboration, accountability, and a strong sense of purpose.
  • Conduct market research and product analysis to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and support informed decision-making.
  • Define and validate MVPs, test hypotheses, and contribute to discovery and experimentation initiatives.
  • Analyze user behavior, identifying customer needs, pain points, opportunities, and areas for product improvement.
  • Guide prototyping activities and contribute to the definition of customer-centric solutions.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement across both the product and ways of working.
  • Manage strategic priorities, timelines, dependencies, and resources while balancing business requirements with team capacity.
  • Connect corporate strategy, product direction, and delivery teams to ensure consistent execution and measurable business value.
  • Encourage data-informed product decisions through metrics, customer insights, experimentation, and ongoing performance analysis.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner or in a closely related product management role.
  • Experience and knowledge of financial products or the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience working with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary squads.
  • Strong product ownership, decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across technical and business teams.
  • Proactive, collaborative, committed, and highly accountable approach to product delivery.
  • Strong analytical, logical, critical, and customer-oriented thinking, with a consistent focus on value generation.
  • Knowledge of product metrics, product lifecycle management, risk mapping, Product Delivery, MVP development, and backlog management.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices, negotiation, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder influence.
  • Experience with product discovery tools and techniques is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Product-Market Fit, Growth Hacking, Product Management, and product culture is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in complex, fast-changing environments.
  • Strong ability to influence without formal authority and align diverse stakeholders around a shared product vision.
