This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supervisor de Vendas Comercial based in Brazil.
This is a leadership opportunity for a commercial professional responsible for driving the performance of an internal sales and customer service team.
You will lead people, monitor commercial results, and create an environment focused on productivity, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
The role combines team development, sales management, customer service excellence, and operational governance.
You will use KPIs, targets, CRM data, and performance insights to identify opportunities and guide action plans.
You will also support strategic negotiations, resolve complex customer situations, and strengthen retention and loyalty.

- Lead and develop the team: Supervise, guide, and develop the Customer Service and Inside Sales team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment through regular feedback, performance reviews, and individual development plans.
- Manage commercial performance: Monitor sales indicators, targets, productivity, conversion, retention, and customer loyalty, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to improve results.
- Drive consultative sales: Encourage consultative selling practices, support strategic negotiations, and coach team members in managing commercial opportunities throughout the sales funnel.
- Ensure customer service excellence: Monitor service levels, SLAs, customer satisfaction, and service quality while addressing critical requests, complaints, and complex customer situations.
- Improve processes and governance: Structure, implement, and continuously improve customer service and commercial processes, procedures, and operational routines.
- Manage CRM and reporting: Ensure effective use of CRM and commercial management tools, prepare management reports, analyze performance indicators, and communicate results to leadership.
- Conduct team alignment: Lead regular meetings to review performance, establish priorities, define corrective actions, and ensure alignment with commercial objectives and internal policies.
- Strengthen continuous improvement: Identify training needs, promote technical and behavioral development, manage conflicts, and introduce improvements that enhance both team performance and the customer experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Business Processes, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Leadership experience: Proven experience leading and managing teams, preferably within Call Center, Contact Center, Customer Service, or Inside Sales operations.
- Performance management: Strong experience managing KPIs, targets, productivity, quality, and individual and team performance.
- People development: Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback, develop employees, identify training needs, and support individual development plans.
- Commercial expertise: Knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, sales funnels, negotiation, customer retention, and consultative selling.
- Customer experience: Experience structuring and improving customer service and relationship-management processes; knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) or Customer Success (CS) is a plus.
- Analytical and organizational skills: Ability to interpret performance data, prioritize activities, structure action plans, and manage multiple operational demands.
- Communication and leadership: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, motivate, guide, and develop teams while maintaining a results-oriented approach.
- Professional profile: Dynamic, agile, organized, proactive, and strongly focused on achieving measurable results.
- Industry knowledge: Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or compounding pharmacy environments is considered an advantage.
