Job Description

We’re looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are dedicated to providing thoughtful, respectful care to individuals and their families. In this role, you’ll assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living, ensure documentation compliance, and support the nursing team with care-related tasks. You'll have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with our long-term care residents and help maintain a comforting home-like environment.

Patient Care & Treatment

Offer holistic and patient-centered care in a long-term care setting. Support residents in their daily routines with empathy, professionalism, and warmth. Emphasize dignity, respect, and collaboration to ensure every resident feels seen, supported, and safe.

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with our Bella Sera team to deliver patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred

• Completion of Nurse Assistant training program and successful certification

• Must maintain nursing assistant certification while employed at RRH

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

• Continuing education required for renewal certificate

• BLS certification required and maintained thereafter

• Must successfully pass Telemetry Competency Test within 6 months of employment and maintain yearly thereafter

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in the English language

• Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, and co-workers
