• Create an amazing first impression! Greet patients with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism, making them feel welcome and valued.
• Keep things running smoothly. Coordinate appointments, manage provider schedules, and help maintain efficient patient flow.
• Be a communication superstar. Answer phones, respond to patient questions, manage messages, and follow up on patient needs.
• Stay on top of the details. Register patients, verify insurance information, update patient records, and process payments.
• Be the ultimate team player. Work closely with providers and clinical staff to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Own your space. Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front office environment.
• Make every interaction count. Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in the care they're receiving.

Previous customer service or fast-paced service industry experience is preferred. Medical office experience is a plus, but not required. We're equally interested in candidates who bring the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for serving others.
