Pay Grade: 1
Starting Wage: $12.62 - $15.77
Gaming Class: Non-Compact/Gaming License not required

Position Summary:
The Dishwasher is responsible for general kitchen sanitation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The Dishwasher will work with our grill staff to ensure a proper supply of clean cooking utensils, pots, and pans are always available. The incumbent also ensures that floors are cleaned and maintained, and that trash is removed.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
The Mino Grill Dishwasher is responsible for the following duties:
- Check all items to make sure they are completely clean before being used.
- Wipe down stainless-steel tables.
- Mop floor, clean walls and drains.
- Check and refill all detergents that are being used in the area.
- Thoroughly clean glass and dish machines before the end of each shift.
- Always maintain a clean orderly workplace.
- Adhere to Company sanitation standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service promptly to guests and fellow team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications – Education and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a same or similar role.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation guidelines.
- Previous experience working in a team or group environment.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents.
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment:
The work environment is fast-paced and requires overall good mental and physical health.
Physical Demands:
Job-specific abilities and requirements include:
- Occasionally push, pull, and maneuver items weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and/or chest levels, and overhead.
- Occasionally bend, reach, twist, climb, squat, and kneel.
- Constant standing and walking.
- Constant use of hearing and vision and use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.
- Ability to tolerate various scents, noises, and bright lights.
