This role is a high-impact finance leadership position focused on shaping product strategy through deep financial insight, modeling, and business partnership. You will act as a key advisor to product leadership, helping evaluate new initiatives, optimize unit economics, and drive profitable growth at scale. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on financial modeling in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. You will be responsible for translating complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations that guide decision-making across product and leadership teams. Working autonomously, you will influence high-stakes decisions that affect revenue, costs, and customer outcomes. This is a highly cross-functional role where finance is embedded directly into product development and long-term strategy.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary finance partner to product leadership, supporting strategic decision-making through financial insight and analysis.
  • Build and evaluate detailed business cases for new product initiatives, features, and investments, including ROI and profitability assessments.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance advanced financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and overall business performance.
  • Analyze unit economics including LTV, CAC, cohort performance, and pricing structures to improve product profitability and scalability.
  • Prepare clear financial reporting and executive-level presentations to communicate insights, risks, and recommendations.
  • Partner across product, risk, and finance teams to ensure alignment on forecasts, assumptions, and strategic priorities.
  • Support cross-functional decision-making by translating complex financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Monitor product performance and provide ongoing recommendations to optimize financial outcomes and growth efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, or similar finance-focused roles.
  • Proven experience partnering closely with product or engineering teams in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development at scale.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong business judgment with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and seniority.
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States.
  • Opportunity to directly influence product strategy and financial performance at scale.
  • High-impact role with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional decision-making.
  • Work in a mission-driven, globally distributed organization with strong growth momentum.
  • Access to a diverse, collaborative environment focused on innovation and inclusion.
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding strategic finance function.
