Description:

St. Joseph Villas Homecare and Hospice, a premier Home Health and Hospice company in Omaha, Nebraska, has an opportunity for a Clinical Manager.

Job duties include:

  • Manage staff compliance with regulatory expectations
  • Audit patient records for ongoing monitoring of documentation compliance
  • Perform accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines
  • Compile, review, analyze and graph audit data
  • Maintain quality data and reports
  • Work with hospice staff to follow up on audit results
  • Collaborate with clinical team to identify performance improvement/QAPI issues and staff educational needs
  • Coordinate and execute staff education as it relates to above

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Experience in Hospice required
  • Must have attention to detail resulting in accurate outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a professional attitude, demeanor and appearance
  • May be required to provide direct patient care assuming staff nurse responsibilities when necessary to support safe, high-quality patient care and agency operation
  • Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel
