About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, resilient, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on outbound prospecting and enjoys building opportunities from the ground up.
This is a true hunter role designed for someone who is confident making cold calls, engaging decision-makers, and consistently generating qualified sales opportunities. You'll play a critical role in driving new business growth by identifying prospects, initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

What You'll DoOutbound Prospecting• Make 80–120 outbound cold calls per day to prospective clients.
• Research and identify companies and decision-makers that fit the ideal customer profile.
• Generate new business opportunities through phone, LinkedIn, email, and additional outbound channels.
• Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline.
Lead Qualification• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and qualify opportunities.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with qualified prospects.
• Deliver compelling introductory presentations that generate interest.
• Follow up consistently until prospects are either converted or disqualified.
CRM & Pipeline Management• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
• Keep pipeline information organized and up to date.
• Ensure all prospect interactions are properly documented.
Collaboration & Performance• Partner with leadership and marketing to improve outreach strategies.
• Contribute ideas to optimize messaging and prospecting effectiveness.
• Consistently achieve monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications• At least 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience.
• Proven experience making high-volume cold calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working with CRM platforms.
• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications• Experience selling SaaS solutions.
• Experience selling software development or technology services.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or similar sales engagement platforms.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
