This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help guide a hardworking team while ensuring every room and public space reflects the high standards our guests expect.
What You’ll Do
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our hotel experience:
- Lead by example by performing all housekeeping duties when needed
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are consistently clean, comfortable, and inviting
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling of housekeeping team members
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment
- Assist with coaching, performance management, and employee engagement
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and key control procedures
- Oversee and maintain accurate lost & found records
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and operate commercial laundry equipment
- Step in wherever needed to support team success and daily operations
