Mission of Expanded function Dental Auxiliary
The Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary reports to the Assistant Team Lead. The mission of the Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary is to help facilitate and perform restorations on patients all while keeping them comfortable. They will be able to discuss what they are doing and why they are doing it to the patient. They will always be kind and compassionate to the patient’s needs.

- Help same day production.
- Increase overall monthly production
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical & Procedural Support: Execute duties within your realm of licensure to optimize daily patient flow and maximize same-day scheduling opportunities.
- Direct Patient Care: Prepare patients for examinations, assist in restorative procedures, and actively instruct patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive home-care measures.
- Auxiliary Assistance: Perform comprehensive dental assisting duties, including chairside support, instrument sterilization, and maintaining OSHA compliance.
