This role serves as a senior analytics partner supporting enterprise decision-making across financial, operational, and member experience domains. You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights that shape profitability, risk strategy, and business performance across the organization. The position sits at the intersection of data engineering, financial modeling, and strategic analytics, working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. You will lead the design of dashboards, forecasting models, and advanced reporting solutions that inform high-impact decisions. A key part of the role involves strengthening data foundations, improving analytics scalability, and enabling better business intelligence capabilities. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on enterprise strategy and performance optimization.
- In this role, you will serve as a strategic analytics leader responsible for delivering enterprise-wide insights across profitability, financial performance, portfolio risk, and operational metrics. You will develop and maintain advanced analytical frameworks, including profitability modeling, forecasting systems, and activity-based costing methodologies to support executive decision-making and business optimization. You will build and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and BI solutions using modern platforms such as Power BI, ensuring data accessibility and clarity for stakeholders. You will conduct deep-dive analyses into member behavior, product performance, and financial trends to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation. You will partner closely with accounting, data, and technology teams to ensure data integrity, reconcile financial methodologies, and improve enterprise data structures. You will also contribute to credit risk analysis, stress testing, and CECL-related modeling to support long-term financial planning and regulatory readiness.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in business analytics, financial services, banking, or related data-driven environments, with strong exposure to profitability or enterprise analytics. You should have a solid foundation in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets, relational databases, and data warehouse environments. You are highly proficient in building dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI platforms. Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis techniques is essential, along with familiarity with tools such as Python, R, Databricks, SAS, or similar analytics environments. You combine technical depth with strong business acumen, including the ability to interpret financial statements and translate insights into strategic recommendations. Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. A bachelor’s degree in analytics, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field is preferred.
