Job Description

PR & Program Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PR & Program Manager based in Brazil.

This role is a high-impact, relationship-driven position at the intersection of public relations, partnerships, and program execution. You will be responsible for building and scaling earned-media presence, advisor programs, and strategic relationships across multiple audiences, including investors, media professionals, and high-net-worth communities. The work spans PR strategy, content amplification, and on-the-ground relationship building, requiring someone equally comfortable pitching stories as they are coordinating complex programs end-to-end. You will operate across multiple initiatives—media outreach, book launches, conferences, and partnership programs—ensuring consistent visibility and engagement for both brands. This is a highly autonomous role where success is measured by reach, credibility, and the ability to generate meaningful external connections at scale. You will collaborate closely with creative, communications, and investor relations teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness and trust.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end PR strategy and execution, including media outreach, press relationships, podcast bookings, and earned-media placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, advisors, and strategic partners through direct communication and ongoing engagement.
  • Manage book and thought-leadership programs, including publishing coordination, press kits, endorsements, reviews, and related media amplification.
  • Develop and execute advisor, investor, and community engagement programs, including workshops, events, CRM stewardship, and referral initiatives.
  • Plan and support conference participation, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities, ensuring strong lead capture and follow-up processes.
  • Run podcast and radio-related initiatives, coordinating content development and securing relevant guest opportunities.
  • Identify, source, and manage external contributors such as creatives, influencers, or production support when needed.
  • Track program performance and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes, including reach, engagement, and qualified connections.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in PR, communications, media relations, or partnership management roles.
  • Proven track record of securing media placements, partnerships, or earned-media coverage.
  • Strong existing network within media, podcasts, advisory, investment, or related industries (preferred).
  • Exceptional English communication skills, with confidence in high-touch phone and in-person interactions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs, events, or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Background in book PR, thought leadership campaigns, or executive branding initiatives.
  • Experience with conferences, sponsorships, and speaking engagements, including on-site representation.
  • Strong relationship-building mindset with an owner/operator approach to execution.
  • Comfort using AI tools and systems to scale outreach, personalization, and media workflows.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 6 times per year for events and conferences.
Benefits:
  • Competitive USD-based compensation aligned with experience ($2,000–$3,000 monthly range).
  • Fully remote work across LATAM with structured working hours (CST alignment).
  • Opportunity to work across high-visibility PR, investor relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Exposure to high-net-worth networks, advisors, and media ecosystems.
  • Travel opportunities for conferences, sponsorships, and brand representation in the US.
  • Collaborative support from creative, content, and investor relations teams.
  • Autonomy to design and execute impactful programs with real business visibility.
