  • Represent engineering functions in cross-functional and customer-facing engagements as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or Mathematics (STEM) with 9+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in engineering or technical program management within complex systems environments.
  • Strong understanding of logistics support analysis, sustainment engineering, and integrated product support frameworks.
  • Experience managing engineering teams, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
  • Familiarity with defense acquisition processes and military systems sustainment concepts.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).
  • Experience with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, Sparx EA) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $126,600 to $189,800 annually.
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and potential long-term incentives for senior roles.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
