  • Partner with business leaders, vendor relationship owners, legal, procurement, compliance, information security, and other stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate third-party risks.
  • Review and challenge risk assessments, monitor key risk indicators, and escalate significant issues, concentration risks, control gaps, and emerging threats through established governance processes.
  • Develop and maintain TPRM policies, standards, workflows, reporting dashboards, and Board-level presentations that provide meaningful visibility into enterprise risk exposure.
  • Lead responses to regulatory examinations, internal audits, and independent reviews while driving remediation efforts and ensuring ongoing regulatory readiness.
  • Champion program maturity initiatives by improving processes, governance, automation, reporting, GRC capabilities, and data quality while mentoring team members and fostering a strong risk culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (such as CTPRP, CTPRA, CRMA, FRM, CPA, or CIA) are preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, or a related discipline within a financial services or regulated environment.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise risk programs, governance initiatives, and cross-functional teams while managing complex third-party risk portfolios.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, TPRM lifecycle management, enterprise risk frameworks, governance practices, and regulatory expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare executive and Board-level reporting, dashboards, and risk analyses that translate complex information into actionable business insights.
  • Experience working with GRC platforms, risk assessment tools, issue management systems, and enterprise reporting solutions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and additional employee benefit programs.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Group life and AD&D insurance.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and bank holidays.
  • Wellness initiatives and employee engagement programs.
