Farm Help – Full-Time, Year-Round Albin Farms | Newman, IL

$39,520 + to start, based on experience. Full-time, year-round.

Albin Farms is a family-owned row-crop operation in Newman, Illinois. We've been farming this ground for generations, and we run on the latest ag technology available. We're growing our team and looking for a Farm Help member to join us full-time, year-round. No two days look the same, and you'll be a key part of keeping our fieldwork on schedule and our equipment running.

What you'll do

• Transport and unload grain
• Operate and maintain tractors, wheel loaders, planters, manure spreaders, and tillage equipment
• Keep fieldwork moving on schedule across the season
• Help maintain equipment so it's ready to go when we need it

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with large ag equipment is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
• Farming background preferred, not required. If you're new to row-crop work but have a strong equipment or mechanical background, we want to hear from you
• CDL Class A preferred, not required. We'll support the right candidate in working toward one
• Comfort with farm equipment technology is a plus
• A great attitude is a must
