HR Coordinator in Farmington Hills, Michigan at Healthrise

The Healthrise HR team is recruiting a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR administrative tasks and coordinating onboarding for large-scale initiatives, including our ATE (At-the-Elbow) projects. This position will help streamline HR operations and ensure a smooth experience for both new hires and internal team members.

What you will be doing:

• Manage and maintain employee records and files in HRIS.
• Assist with HR documentation, compliance tracking, and data entry.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, communications, and follow-ups.
• Assist with reporting and audit preparation as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for ATE and other project-based hires (welcome emails, trainings etc.)
• Ensure timely completion of onboardings.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires.
• Track onboarding progress and provide updates to HR team.
• Help standardize and improve administrative processes and onboarding workflows.
• Maintain onboarding templates and communication guides.
• Work cross-functionally with IT, Operations, and hiring managers to support smooth transitions for incoming team members.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or currently working toward degree.
• Administrative experience.
• Highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel, as needed.
