Founding AI Deployment Strategist in New York, New York at Superblocks

NYC (HQ) - In Office - Full Time - Travel Required (50%+)
Superblocks is building the frontier platform that enables a billion non engineers to create software with AI. We are reinventing how enterprises build internal systems and redefining the future of SaaS. Our platform is powered by Clark, an AI agent backed by organizational memory that can explore company data and generate enterprise software within strict security, compliance, and execution boundaries.
The AI Deployment Strategist is responsible for turning every landed Superblocks account into a repeatable expansion engine. This role will own the customer lifecycle from pre-sale discovery through onboarding, activation, value realization, and strategic expansion. Ensuring customers do not just buy Superblocks: they deploy it, adopt it, expand it, and make it a core platform for AI application development.
What You'll Do

• Working with Sales on Pre Sales Expansion Design (Path to deployment, adoption, and expansion)
• Working with FDE team on Onboarding and Successful Go-Live for the customer
• Driving activation and adoption across builders, business users, and admins post Go-Live for continued momentum and expansion opportunities
• Identifying and leveraging relevant datasets (use cases, product usage) to realize and quantify value of Superblocks
• Packaging and presenting the insights and Superblocks value that resonates from C-level down to end-users and builders.
• Communicating at a high-touch volume across our strategic customer base, developing relationships as their main point of contact
• Prioritizing customer product requirements and working with the Product team to influence our roadmap
• Staying embedded with customers to find the next opportunity before they ask

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, strategic and/or technical role such as Deployment Strategist, Program Management, or Management Consulting
• A refusal to accept surface-level answers; you dig into the underlying data until you actually understand what's happening, and you're hands-on enough to build the prototype, ship the fix, or write the plan yourself
• Low ego, high EQ - the customer outcome matters more than who gets the credit, and you can own hard conversations with senior executives, delivering real trade-offs instead of comfortable answers
• Influence without authority — a track record of leading cross-functional teams (Product, Eng, Sales, CS) with no direct reports and no formal mandate
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity without a playbook, adaptable enough to lead or follow as the moment requires, and proactive enough to find the next opportunity before anyone has to ask
• Strong product sense and user empathy, especially when balancing cutting-edge AI capabilities with enterprise requirements
• You’re all-in and committed to building a generational AI company, far beyond a 9 to 5 job
