This role has a strong concierge focus, so passion for guest service and local knowledge is key.

• Welcome guests and set the tone for their stay with warmth and personality
• Act as a Nashville insider — recommending music venues, restaurants, bars, events, and neighborhoods
• Manage arrivals, departures, reservations, and guest communication with care and accuracy
• Handle concierge-style requests including dining plans, directions, transportation, and event recommendations
• Anticipate guest needs and create thoughtful, personalized moments
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership to ensure smooth operations
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with confidence and ownership
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and common spaces that reflect Bode’s social, laid-back vibe
• Uphold brand standards while bringing your own personality to the guest experience
