Job Description

Is This Where You’re Meant To Be?

At Bear Electrical Solutions, a GreenArrow, we believe purpose and passion go hand in hand. So ask yourself, is this where you’re meant to be?

GreenArrow is building something unique. We partner with leading infrastructure services companies across the United States, helping them grow while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit, expertise, and relationships that made them successful. Together, our companies deliver critical electrical and transportation infrastructure projects that keep communities connected, safe, and moving forward.

Bear Electrical Solutions is looking for a Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from pre-construction planning through final closeout. In this role, you'll own project budgets, schedules, permits, subcontractors, client communication, safety expectations, documentation, and field coordination. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance the details of project management with the presence and accountability needed to lead teams, solve problems, and deliver work the right way.

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Project Manager, you will be the primary point of accountability for the projects you lead. You'll help ensure work is planned thoughtfully, executed safely, delivered on schedule, and completed with strong communication across clients, crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leaders.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead electrical construction projects from award through closeout, including planning, scheduling, execution, and final documentation.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, submittals, billing, and project reporting.
  • Coordinate with clients, design teams, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal departments to keep work moving forward.
  • Prepare project implementation plans when required, including construction operations plans, Activity Hazard Analyses, Risk Management Plans, and Safety Plans.
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor agreements, and ensure appropriate permits and licenses are in place before work begins.
  • Determine equipment, material, and manpower needs, and allocate resources throughout each phase of the project.
  • Champion job site safety and ensure all applicable safety protocols are followed consistently.
  • Identify risks early, resolve issues proactively, and communicate clearly with the General Manager and project stakeholders.
  • Mentor construction workers, junior team members, and direct reports by setting expectations, providing feedback, and supporting their development.
  • Support consistent processes, training, and project management practices that strengthen team performance and project delivery.

What You Bring

  • Experience managing electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams, driving accountability, and delivering successful project outcomes.
  • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), construction practices, permitting requirements, and job site safety standards.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Procore; estimating software experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is a plus.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 annually. Individual compensation may vary based on experience, education, relevant certifications, and demonstrated skills. GreenArrow is committed to providing competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being of our employees and their families.
