You will also help strengthen security and compliance practices across a technology environment operating at global scale.
As an AI-native organization, you will help govern AI tools while building intelligent automation that makes IT more efficient.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced IT engineer who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and building secure, scalable systems.
- Own and evolve the endpoint management environment across macOS and Windows devices, including zero-touch provisioning, patching, configuration, lifecycle management, and endpoint security.
- Manage identity and access systems, including SSO, MFA, SCIM, provisioning, deprovisioning, and least-privilege access across corporate applications.
- Administer and govern the SaaS ecosystem, including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and other business-critical platforms, while managing licenses, access, shadow IT, and OAuth risks.
- Build and maintain security and compliance controls, access reviews, and audit evidence supporting frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
- Drive the corporate IT roadmap, identifying opportunities to replace repetitive manual processes with scripting, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop AI-driven IT and helpdesk automation that turns recurring requests and employee lifecycle processes into efficient self-service workflows.
- Govern the provisioning, access, security, and appropriate use of AI tools and agents across the organization.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex internal technology issues, providing effective troubleshooting and practical solutions.
- Maintain clear runbooks, technical documentation, and machine-readable knowledge that can support both employees and AI-assisted workflows.
- Partner with security and other internal stakeholders on vendor reviews, risk management, and technology governance.
- Mentor IT team members and establish scalable practices that improve reliability, security, and employee productivity.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT systems engineering, ideally within a distributed or global workforce.
- Hands-on expertise with MDM platforms such as Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, or Kandji, supporting macOS and Windows environments.
- Strong experience administering identity providers, with Okta strongly preferred, including SSO, MFA, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
- Proven experience managing SaaS environments such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and similar platforms, including SaaS and OAuth governance.
- Practical experience supporting security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS, including access reviews and audit evidence.
- Strong scripting and automation capabilities using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or comparable workflow automation tools.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Strong understanding of least-privilege access and secure IT operations, with familiarity with Zero Trust or privileged access management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate independently and take ownership of complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
- Experience building AI-driven IT automation or agentic helpdesk solutions is an advantage.
- Experience with hardware lifecycle and IT asset management at scale is a plus.
- Experience in payments or fintech environments, where security and compliance requirements are particularly rigorous, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with configuration-as-code approaches for endpoint management and experience securing organizational AI tools or agents are additional advantages.
- Competitive compensation.
- Fully remote work with the flexibility to work from different locations.
- One-time home office allowance to help create an effective remote workspace.
- Work equipment provided to support your role.
- Stock options.
- Health plan available wherever you are.
- Flexible days off.
- Language, professional, and personal development courses.
- Opportunity to work on modern corporate IT, automation, security, compliance, and AI-driven initiatives at global scale.
