Night Dispatcher/ Shift Supervisor in Buda, Texas at FirstLine Road Solutions

We are looking for a quality Dispatcher to join our growing team. An ideal candidate is someone who can multi-task, thinks outside the box and is a problem solver. Someone who communicates well in a team environment, and has excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone. This role is critical to the success of the company and the right candidate must be reliable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Answer incoming calls from customers / police departments
• Using dispatch software to dispatch trucks to assist customers
• Documenting conversations
• Helping drivers troubleshoot problems before escalating to management
• Assist in Assessing the safety of roadside situations
• Ensuring all call information, notes, pricing, and customer information is entered into dispatching software accurately
• Ensuring customers and drivers receive timely and accurate responses
• All other duties as assigned by Supervisor

• 1 Year experience in customer service preferred
• 1 year experience with dispatching preferred but not required
• Extremely organized and detailed oriented
• Dispatch Software experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in office Sunday- Thursday Nights 7pm- 7am
• Must be reliable and punctual
