Photographer in Albany, New York at External Career Center

At Destination Nissan, we take pride in presenting our inventory at the highest level. High-quality photos drive customer engagement and sales, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Dealership Photographer to help showcase our vehicles online and in marketing materials.

Position Overview
The Dealership Photographer is responsible for capturing professional, consistent images of new and pre-owned vehicles for use on our website, third-party listings, and digital advertising platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring our inventory stands out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Photograph all new and used vehicles in a consistent, high-quality format
• Stage vehicles for photos (positioning, lighting, cleanliness, background)
• Upload and organize images into inventory management systems
• Ensure timely photo turnaround to keep listings current and accurate
• Perform basic photo editing (cropping, brightness, color correction)
• Maintain photography equipment and ensure proper care
• Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to prioritize vehicles
• Assist with video walkarounds or promotional content as needed

Qualifications

• Photography experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with photo editing software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
