Job Description
Essential Job Functions specific to this position:
• Supports the Pastor with communications, projects, and scheduling
• Provides Parish Communication of calendar events and keeping community informed of closures, mass schedule changes, and street closures
• Participates in and provides process oversight for New Parishioner Registration
• Participates in and provides process oversight of Infant Baptism Requests
• Participates in and provides process oversight of Adult Inquiry of Christian Initiation
• Provide Event Calendar Management for staff and volunteers
• Manage Hall Rental Process for parishioners and outside groups
• Provide pushpay/online giving assistance to Parishioners
• Provide support to the parish staff as directed by the Pastor
• Provide support to Ministry Leaders as appropriate
Requirements:Strong verbal and written communication skills

Microsoft Office Skills
Ability to keep matters confidential
