What You'll Do
- Supply production areas with raw materials and maintain material handling equipment.
- Prepare molds, tools, and auxiliary equipment for machine set-ups and changeovers.
- Assist with mold installations, start-ups, and preventative maintenance activities.
- Learn troubleshooting and process-related skills through a structured training program.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete assigned training, coursework, and hands-on learning activities.

What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication and basic computer skills.
- Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Experience operating pallet jacks or other industrial equipment.
Additional Information:
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, sit, walk, stand or balance and work within tight spaces. Ability to climb stairs and ladders. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds. Exposure to noise and odor of plastic. Exposure to liquid colorants, alcohol, cleaning, and slip agents. Requires use of personal protective equipment. Required to operate overhead crane and electric pallet jacks. Will be required to satisfactorily complete all assessments and assignments prior to advancement to the next level in training program. Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift. Overtime as required. Other duties as assigned.
