THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a polished, passionate Fine Dining Bartender who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences. In this full-time role, you will be a central part of our clubhouse dining experience — curating memorable moments at the bar and throughout the dining room for our valued members and their guests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver anticipatory, personalized beverage service — knowing members' preferences before they ask

• Craft classic and contemporary cocktails with precision, consistency, and artistry

• Maintain expert knowledge of our wine, spirits, and craft cocktail programs

• Engage members in genuine, warm conversation while maintaining the highest level of professionalism

• Collaborate closely with the culinary and service team to ensure seamless dining experiences

• Uphold impeccable bar cleanliness, organization at all times

• Assist in curating seasonal cocktail menus and beverage program development

• Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Grasslands Club hospitality standards

• Manage side work, such as bar set-up, and close, inventory and more

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bartending experience in a fine dining, private club, or upscale hospitality setting

• A genuine passion for hospitality and a member-first mindset

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktail preparation

• Polished communication and professional presence

• Ability to anticipate needs, read the room, and adapt service style to each guest

• Team-oriented with a collaborative, positive attitude

• Tennessee server permit / ABC certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Our Bartenders earn an hourly rate of $11.00/hour plus tips.
