Honda of the Bronx
Honda of the Bronx is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee dealership office operations, title and registration processing, payroll administration, and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership experience, proficiency with the New York State DMV VERIFI system, and payroll experience, preferably with ADP.
ResponsibilitiesManage daily dealership office operations.
Process vehicle registrations, titles, and related DMV transactions using the NYS DMV VERIFI system.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with all DMV documentation and procedures.
Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.
Reconcile financial records and maintain accurate office reporting.
Support month-end closing activities.
Work closely with management to ensure efficient dealership operations.
Previous automotive dealership office experience required.
Experience using the New York State DMV VERIFI system required.
Payroll processing experience required.
ADP payroll experience preferred.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Knowledge of dealership accounting procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
