  • Experience leading and developing marketing teams while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Deep expertise in paid media platforms, particularly Google Ads, with strong knowledge of additional channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, content marketing, events, and regional targeting strategies.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex performance metrics and translate findings into business actions.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and optimizing campaign performance across multiple channels.
  • Solid understanding of marketing technology, attribution models, funnel analysis, and performance marketing best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and international work environment.
Benefits

  • Monthly flexible benefits allowance that can be used for fitness, groceries, entertainment, lifestyle services, and more.
  • Modern home office equipment provided to support remote work.
  • Private pension plan contribution support for eligible employees in Germany.
  • Dedicated budget for professional development, learning, certifications, and career growth.
