We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs), ABA Therapists, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time positions or part-time positions with consistent schedules and reliable income—even when client cancellations occur.

Position OverviewAs a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.
Services are primarily provided in our Lomita clinic, with opportunities to work in homes, schools, daycares, social skills groups, and community settings throughout the South Bay, Long Beach, and Los Angeles areas.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect and record client data using Motivity and other electronic data collection systems.
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Support social skills groups and clinic-based activities.
- Assist with parent coaching and caregiver support.
- Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and monthly trainings.
- Learn and implement proactive behavior support and de-escalation strategies.

Services are provided in our clinic, as well as in homes, schools, daycares, social skills groups, and community settings. Typical service hours are between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM, with some home-based services extending to 7:30 PM.

Requirements:- High school or bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents/adults
- Passionate to play and work with children; responsible; great communicator
