This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for Project Manager and Coordinator Roles based in the United States.

This is a dynamic project delivery role suited for professionals who excel at driving structure, clarity, and execution across fast-moving, cross-functional initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating project lifecycles from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are effectively managed. The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders across multiple teams, using Agile and Scrum practices to support efficient execution and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in aligning priorities, managing risks, and ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a contract-based role with potential for extension depending on performance and business needs.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will manage and coordinate end-to-end project execution while ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful delivery of key milestones:

  • Lead and coordinate full project lifecycles, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, ensuring teams follow best practices and maintain delivery cadence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support resource planning and workload coordination across multiple initiatives.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Jira or Trello to track progress and maintain visibility.
  • Ensure documentation and reporting standards are maintained throughout project execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and methodologies.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and communicative project professional with strong Agile experience and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management or coordination roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of risk management and issue resolution processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • PMP or similar certification is a strong plus.
  • Experience in IT, technical projects, CRM implementations, or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced contract environment.
