This role is a key driver of growth within a fast-scaling B2B SaaS partner ecosystem, sitting at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and sales. You will be responsible for shaping and executing partner marketing strategies that expand the ecosystem, accelerate partner onboarding, and generate measurable pipeline impact across multiple regions. Working closely with partner GTM teams, you will build programs that attract new partners, enable existing ones, and drive co-marketing initiatives that strengthen mutual revenue growth. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, combining program design with day-to-day campaign delivery. You will collaborate across internal teams and external partner organizations to ensure alignment and execution excellence. This is a highly visible position where your work directly influences partner-sourced revenue and long-term ecosystem success.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design and execution of partner marketing strategies to acquire new resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, auditors, and other strategic partners across key markets.
  • Develop and launch demand generation campaigns, including webinars, email programs, pitch decks, and co-branded assets to attract and engage prospective partners.
  • Support partner GTM teams in account-based and 1:1 outreach initiatives aimed at recruiting high-value partner organizations.
  • Build and scale partner enablement programs, including onboarding materials, training content, newsletters, certifications, and partner portal resources.
  • Collaborate with partners to execute co-marketing campaigns that generate pipeline, acquire new customers, and expand existing accounts.
  • Create scalable campaign kits, templates, and playbooks that allow partners to independently run effective marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and support joint marketing activities such as webinars, events, executive dinners, PR initiatives, and customer success storytelling.
  • Track and optimize partner marketing performance, ensuring alignment between pipeline generation, partner engagement, and revenue outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2+ years focused on partner, channel, or alliance marketing.
  • Strong experience working with diverse partner ecosystems, including resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, auditors, or similar B2B partner types.
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing programs from scratch in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Experience driving co-marketing initiatives that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in campaign development and delivery.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, particularly in developing partner-facing messaging and sales enablement content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual compensation ranging from $92,000 to $145,000 USD depending on experience and location
  • Equity opportunities and annual compensation reviews
  • Unlimited paid time off to support rest and work-life balance
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents
  • 401(k) retirement plan with immediate vesting and company match
  • Fully paid parental leave and family support benefits
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible location policy
  • Home office stipend and wellness allowances
  • Annual learning and development budget for professional growth
  • Regular company events, team connections, and collaborative culture
